I have a scenario, with switch at bottom of stairs with one (1) only wire coming in with a red white black and ground. At top switch it’s (2) cables on with a red, black, and white and ……….on (2B) cable is (2)blacks and (2)whites …. 1 White from cable 2 and black on other cable is on wir nute. The 2 white neautrals are on wire nut from 2b…. The wires available are a red and 2 blacks for the switch… older switches were here and I swapped out to new 3 ways and can’t get it to work.. thanks

I squirt gel bleach around the caulk so it never gets mouldy, leave it a little while and shower it off. Also keep the bathroom window open to let the steam out when you have a shower or bath 😀🇬🇧

I need to repair the rollers/track on my door but I can't get it out. Was hoping this video would give me some ideas. Alas, I highly doubt the way he shows of breaking in works if the door is latched because it's not just the bottom trim they have to lift the door out of, it's also the side trim when the door is closed. So the door has to be able to be opened before you can lift it out of it's track

Thank you for putting the video out like this. I do have to point out that the security lock that you installed at 8:11 wouldn’t work in that configuration. One of the parts has to be on the sliding door itself and one has to be fixed on the railing. It is one of my favorite locks that you showed.

I have one that continues to freeze up and puncture the tube at least once a year. I believe after it does it the first time the water leaks into the insulation between the liner and outer shell. Once the insulation value is decreased from the moisture damage that it will continue to freeze up. A manufacturer defect. I see that they have changed the version of icemaker and went back to just the one in the freezer.

There are spray foams with a much harder finish product. Hilti foam will hold a construction screw. It gets very hard.
